Bearded, squinty, and wrinkly, Admiral Bob knows the town of Unicity like the
back of his hand–a hand that’s always out.

Jobless, with not even a penny to his name, the Admiral lives in the backyard
underneath the apartment’s back stairs.

Information is the Admiral’s forte. Not only does he know the word on the street, but he’s able to pull strings around town and make things happen. Always willing to lend a helping–albeit costly–hand, the Admiral knows and sees all.
